Finally found a protein powder

This fits all my criteria of low sugar, low fat, high protein, vitamin enriched and tasty. I make a smoothie using 2 tablespoons of vanilla Greek yogurt I froze in ice cube trays, 1% lactose free milk and 5 or so pieces of frozen organic fruit. Clearly you need a real blender for my recipe but it makes the most delicious thick rich filling smoothie/milkshake that I consume in place of dinner and I’m full the rest of the night. A strawberry version would be fantastic too but I’m very happy with the orange cream flavor. The only minute problem I’ll point out is you still get an ever so subtle chalkiness but nothing compared to other brands.

Great taste. Did fill me up. I can't skip two meals a day for it though. Good breakfast supplement though. I didn't lose any weight. Maybe because I only used it to replace one meal a day.
